Tomorrow you may be utterly without a clue but today you get a telegram, from the heart in exile proclaiming that the kingdom still exists, the king and queen alive, still speaking to their children, —to any one among them who can find the time, to sit out in the sun and listen. by Tony Hoagland Segundo, les comento acerca del sesgo de la negatividad. Como vimos en la sesión 2 , la mente está predispuesta, desde el punto de vista de la evolución, a concentrarse en los problemas. El término psicológico para esta tendencia es el sesgo de negatividad (Rozin y Royzman, 2001). Como Rick Hanson (2013, p. xxvi) dice en broma, somos «Velcro para las malas experiencias y Teflón para las buenas».
