Dr. Sharif joins our show to talk about his experience working as a Physician in Benghazi, Libya. He shares what it was like to live in the heart of a civil war, and the many tragedies that him and his family were forced to endure. We then discuss how he eventually came to the United States and earned a Master's Degree and PhD studying Exercise Physiology.
Dr. Sharif shares his knowledge and expertise as it relates to exercise as a prevention/treatment for cardiovascular disease.
