Executive Coach, Aashi Arora, started college at 16 and quickly rose to the top of her career managing billion dollar budgets as Finance Officer and Chief Administrator for the University of California. While it appeared that this high level of management and performance came easily to her, the truth was that Aashi struggled with Imposter Syndrome, eventually causing her to resign.
