It’s common when you’re living with a chronic (long term) thyroid condition to not feel ok all the time. I’m here to encourage you, however, that you WILL be ok. I know because I’m ok and if I can be ok, so can you! Being ‘ok’ is not being ‘perfect’ which I don’t believe is attainable, but it is about feeling like there is hope, feeling like there are things you can do which will have a positive impact on your life.

The things I cover in this episode include:

  • The ebbs and flows of living long term with a thyroid condition
  • My almost 30 years of ups and downs
  • Situations that lead to not feeling ok
  • Warning signs you might be spiralling down
  • What to focus on to start spiralling up rather than keep spiralling down
  • My last 12 months as an example
  • The power of accountability
  • Life and death are in the power of the tongue (Proverbs 18:21)
  • Remember to KISS when it feels complicated
  • Control what YOU CAN control - 4 key areas
  • Getting more bang for your buck by dealing with the low-hanging fruit
  • Resources I have to support you
  • Speaking a blessing over you
  • What’s your ONE next step?
