Shelley Smartly is the Creator/Writer/Actor of the award-winning comedy TV series, THE SMARTLYS (streaming worldwide on Tubi and Plex TV, etc). She is also a 73-year-old arthritic widow who became a stand-up comedian at 69. Further, she retired as Founder and President of the nonprofit International Scleroderma Network last year. She had thousands of web pages in 23 languages, support forums, and published three books.
