Today we are going to talk about some physical self care that I avoided for most of my younger years.. All through athletics, all through my 7 days a week of hard training, through the years when I thought I was invincible… and boy do I wish I could go back and do those years over again. The topic is stretching and flexibility. We went over Mobility a few episodes ago and how mobility and flexibility are different but synergistic. They work hand in hand, it’s important to work on one to be great in the other. Definitely go back and have a listen to that episode. James Clear, one of my favorite experts on all things habits, he has a great newsletter, and this week he wrote.”

James Clear:
"Self care takes effort. It doesn’t just happen.

The body and mind need to be maintained. Similar to a garden, without effort, weeds will pop up and overtake everything.

With a bit of consistent pruning, the results can be beautiful.
