Traversing the globe, moving from one luxury hotel to another, I was rubbing shoulders with business icons, celebrities and fashion designers. It is fair to say that I was enjoying the material rewards of a successful and high profile corporate career. However, as my career progressed, I realised that I was only scratching the surface of personal growth and business growth. Despite the outward successes, I realised that I increasingly felt a lack of joy. Then, in November 2005, an unexpected visit to an ashram in Pondicherry and a visit to Auroville, in the south of India, opened my eyes to a new landscape. It was as if a new horizon, rich with possibility, meaning and fulfilment – SOUL – suddenly appeared before my eyes.” She is the founder & Managing Director of Soul Luxury.
