Whether it's starting a business, volunteering and sharing knowledge in an inspiring way or just creating more movement and space in personal lives. Joan is a retired human resources professional who is adamant about staying active, learning and enjoying new adventures in retirement. She has reinvented herself during her retirement by becoming a certified yoga instructor and facilitating yoga classes on Zoom three times a week (chair, mat, yin).
