In this show, I talk about how finding a balance as a mom can be tricky and often it feels overwhelming. Believe me, you are not alone! This episode was recorded for you and for me. We often forget just how many hats we wear as moms. It’s normal to feel like things are chaotic at times.
The secrets are to discover the microseconds when there is actual calm, focus on one task at a time, allow others to help and figure out what healthy living means to you.
