Vicky is docent van de cursus Advaita Vedanta en gastdocent aan de Opleiding Meditatieleraar bij Meditatie Instituut Nederland.
Daarnaast heeft Vicky sinds 1984 haar eigen praktijk waarin zij mensen helpt bij uiteenlopende hulpvragen van depressie tot aan werkgerelateerde of spirituele problemen. Ze is afgestudeerd psychologe en interreligieuze spiritualiteit.
