We are joined today by Marc Almodovar and John Hazelwood, co-founders of the Men's ADHD Support Group. Marc and John have a passion for helping men with ADHD and have been providing support and resources for those affected by the condition for many years. In this episode, we are having a very vulnerable chat with John as he shares his journey of processing grief, having recently lost his uncle.
