The term “personal energy” refers collectively to those parts of you that are subtle and non-physical, such as your sense of aliveness, feelings and emotions, thoughts, memories, conscience and beliefs. You can’t see any of these things, yet you know they exist and are vital to your sense of self.

Your energy is an integral part of who you are and how you perceive the world.
Gail Christel Behrend
is an engineer, speaker, writer, healer and certified Infinite Possibilities trainer. A graduate of the Barbara Brennan School of Healing in Miami Florida, she has been an energy practitioner for over 20 years. In this episode, Gail shares with us a little bit about what personal energy looks like and her journey to healing her energy through past lives exploration.
