Dana Chapman
Dana is a nutritional therapist and leading mental health expert, specialising in the gut brain axis. Dana supports individuals and organisations by exploring complex human physiology and explaining these concepts in an easy to understand and relatable way. To Dana, normalising poor mental health is not the correct objective, because it is not normal. It is the body’s way of telling us that something isn’t working as it should. She aims to inspire, motivate, and empower people with knowledge on how their bodies work and what we can do to support our bodies to work at their best.

Before embarking on her Nutrition career Dana had a successful corporate career working as a consultant for PwC. During this career she saw the far-reaching impacts of stress and poor food choices on the performance and health of those around her.

When we understand the role that stress, genetics, poor nutrition and our lifestyles impact our mental health, and how we can make small, effective and achievable changes in each of these areas, then we can start to believe that poor mental health and poor resilience can be overcome.

Today Dana works with individuals and companies throughout the UK running programmes and courses for reactive and preventative responses to stress and the impact on the gut.
