Dr. Linda Mizun is an Emergency Doctor, Board Certified Lifestyle Medicine Doctor, and co-founder of Healing Neighbourhoods, powered by the Hero of Health App. Leading a dedicated team of NHS doctors, Dr. Mizun is on a mission to establish 10,000 Healing Neighbourhoods across the UK to tackle loneliness, chronic diseases, and alleviate the burden on the NHS.
Having journeyed from East to West and back again as a perpetual immigrant, Dr. Mizun has witnessed firsthand the crucial impact of lifestyle and social purpose in disease manifestation.
