In this episode of Keep Talking Rob Wreford interviews Brian Vollmer, founder and lead singer of Canadian rock band Helix known for their 1984 heavy metal hit Rock You! and many others. We talk about the loss of Helix drummer Greg "Fritz" Hines, when the band met Robin Williams and Richard Pryor and Brian's knowledge of bel canto which refers to the Italian-originated vocal style that prevailed throughout most of Europe during the 18th and early 19th centuries.
