In the first of a series of new episodes focusing on the 'body' in MindBody Matters, author Danny Covey joins Greg Rennie on the podcast this week. Danny had his first heart surgery when he was 18 months old. In his youth, Jackie Chan and Bruce Lee movies inspired his dream to have a black belt in martial arts despite 8 heart surgeries, almost dying on the operating table and living with a mechanical valve in his heart keeping him alive.
