Mindfully Moody has been on a summer break and we're back to recap our unforgettable summer memories. It feels SO good to take a break sometimes, be present and mindful, especially when we're experiencing milestones!
So grab a drink, get on your hot girl walk, and join us as we open up about the magical experiences of our summer break, Sara's wedding and honeymoon, Hannah's music festival fun and family time.
Being present and mindful holds such spiritual significance, including aspects of:

  • Connection to the divine: Being present allows us to connect deeply with our surroundings, ourselves, and whatever higher power holds significance in your life! In many spiritual practices, mindfulness is a way to experience the divine in everyday moments
  • Inner peace & clarity: Presence is so helpful in managing emotions, leading to inner peace and reduced stress, especially in our world full of social media and constant distractions, which can actually trigger us further. Presence also promotes much clear thinking!
  • Authenticity & genuine connection: Presence is such an important piece of fostering authentic, strong relationships with others. Think about when you're with someone and they're not present, they're distracted, caught up in something else...it never feels good! Being present allows relationships to blossom from a heart-centered space
  • Spiritual growth: Presence is essential for spiritual growth, as it allows for introspection and self-awareness.

We also get into the balance between living our personal lives and entrepreneurial hustle as we recount quality family time and simple pleasures that ground us amidst our busy lives. Traveling really shows you the massive importance of taking a break, which can actually propel our businesses forward, since we can approach with fresh and creative thinking!
We wrap up with a discussion on stepping away from social media, finding a healthy balance between productivity and rest, and our excitement for upcoming projects, including THE AWAKENED WOMAN RETREAT, the perfect retreat for fellow spiritual sisters, spiritual entrepreneurs, and women wanting a massive transformation!
