1 in 5 women suffer with some sort of pelvic pain. Sunshine Coast Physiotherapist, Jaime Singleton, is here to shed light on what symptoms are associated with pelvic pain, how common but not normal it is, and gives tips to help new mums who are suffering with pain, get back to living life pain free.

I'm Emma, I have always had a passion for fitness and after having my second baby I knew it was time for me to do something for myself, I followed my dream of becoming a personal trainer. I am a certified pre/post natal trainer who works closely with a Women's Health Physiotherapist to ensure women get the best care and support.

I am also a proud member of the MumSafe™ team of fitness professionals who provide safe and effective exercise at every stage of motherhood.
