Welcome back to Mum Life Untangled, Emma is joined by Jacqui Toohey, Jacqui specialises in fitness, lifestyle and perimenopause, with an aim to help women unravel the messy middle and find their sparkle for life. They talk all things Perimenopause to start the conversation and break the stigma that menopause = old. I'm Emma, I have always had a passion for fitness and after having my second baby I knew it was time for me to do something for myself, I followed my dream of becoming a personal trainer. I am a certified pre/post natal trainer who works closely with a Women's Health Physiotherapist to ensure women get the best care and support.

I am also a proud member of the MumSafe™ team of fitness professionals who provide safe and effective exercise at every stage of motherhood.
