It’s not often you get a chance to speak with a cognitive neuroscientist – someone who really knows how the brain ticks. It’s even more rare to meet one who has had to dig deep to reset herself through massively traumatic health challenges. Can you imagine the real-world insights that gives them that we can learn from?

In this show Dr Rachel Taylor shares openly about the challenges she faces and how she found a way through. You’ll get clear why it is so important to be patient with ourselves, and we cover some of the magic of brain chemistry and the mistakes people make about serotonin.

Hear how she lost 11 stone and the surprising emotional turmoil that she had to deal with afterwards around how others viewed her, so that she could find her voice. Great lessons here we can all get value from, especially about learning to be ok with who we are and that someone will value us for us. She’ll also share what she said with her daughter about principles that tell you almost everything about Rachel.

You’ll also hear about the exciting new projects that Rachel is committed to launch to help people remember that they are Unbroken, and her book and movie recommendations are almost certain to surprise you as they did Simon.
