Today I discuss how adding in greens on a daily basis can change your life, overall health and everything in between. This is a change I made almost three years ago with adding in the lean green smoothie almost daily and have seen the biggest difference in my health. I share some of the biggest changes you will see incorporating more greens into your diet and why, what the research says to support each benefit, results I have seen personally, and we get into too many oxalates from spinach? as well as my takeaways from the book Eat to Live.
