I have a very special announcement to make! I've recently published a 121 page spiral bound book compiling all of the hands-on assists I've learned through weekend workshops or through the classes I've taken at dozens of studios over the years.

It is a print on demand book, but I have pre-ordered a few copies and I have them for sale on Amazon.

If you have ever felt frustrated by the complexity of yoga assist books that feature unclear photos of intricate poses demonstrated by highly flexible individuals, then this book I've written is for you. This book includes 117 clear line drawings illustrating more than 38 hands-on assists commonly used in Power Yoga studios. These drawings are accompanied by easy-to-understand explanations of hand positions and the impact each assist has on your students' practice. The book is the result of seven years of dedicated effort, drawing on the knowledge gained from 32 hours of specialized training and experiences from attending numerous yoga classes in studios across the United States. Dimensions US Trade (6 x 9 in / 152 x 229 mm), Interior Paper 80# White Coated, Coil Bound, Matte Cover
