Have you ever had your day perfectly planned out, but in the end, you find yourself derailed from your schedule? That’s normal, and we quickly get distracted by many things. But, here are a few hacks to manage distractions and help you focus on your daily priorities.

In this episode, Ann will speak on how to be “indistractable”. It’s a concept from a book by Nir Eyal. Ann will help us identify the things that distract us and share some great strategies to counter those distractions. She’ll dive deep into the causes or the external and internal triggers that derail us from our original intention. Stop the cycle of sleeping late, waking up late, and finishing late or never. Start forming a new habit of being “indistractable”. Listen in!
