Did you know that you can create a personalised toolkit for yourself to help with managing anxiety and achieving what you want to in life?
In this episode, we hear about many of the learnt techniques that Phil Williams has within, what he calls, his Wellbeing Toolkit, which he practises on a regular basis and accesses when he needs to calm anxieties, and feel more confident within himself. Techniques that include NLP strategies, Breathwork, Neuro Nidra, Transcendental Meditation, being out in Nature, and recently having trained as a Blue Health Coach alongside Hayley with Lizzi Larbalestier (Going Coastal Blue).

Phil is an NLP Practitioner and a Blue Health Coach, interested in breathwork ever since hearing about the Buteyko breathing method (which is primarily a treatment for asthma) some 6 years ago. Since then he has learnt various breathing techniques & completed a fundamentals course in The Wim Hof Method. The exercises he has learnt have not only helped in reducing my anxiety.
