Are you an overwhelmed parent? Or do you have a child with big emotions? 1 in 5 people are highly sensitive, meaning you might be more easily overwhelmed or triggered, or experience emotions more intensely than for other people.
If you're a highly sensitive person or you think your child might be, then join special guest Natalie Brunswick, who is a mum, occupational therapist and a psychotherapist, who helps parents who are highly sensitive themselves or who have highly sensitive children.
We're diving into what it means to be highly sensitive, how we can deal with overwhelm as a parent, what might be going on for both a child and us when their behaviour is challenging, how we might begin to respond differently, and most importantly, this conversation is full of so much reassurance for you as a parent. You don't want to miss it.
