2021 has been filled with accomplishments, milestones, disappointments, and everything in between. While on paper I had my best year ever, there were a lot of lessons and failed execution I have been feeling guilty about. My sole intent in 2022 is to 10x my execution. That starts with sharing my 8 biggest lessons and reflections from 2022. Some may resonate with you and some may not.
