Today, we're bringing you a brand new REVING the Word coached by Alisa Keeton, founder, and CEO of Revelation Wellness, as she leads you through an interval workout that will stir your heart while you move your body. Today, Alisa is digging into Acts 6:8, reminding us that we have to be poured out to be filled up. Ready to get filled up? Alisa reminds us where to start.
