This week I was joined by our special guest Lianne Van Dijk. Since moving to Ireland from the Netherlands, Lianne has become a regular on podium at races across the country including The Beara Way Ultra, The Wicklow Way, The BMF event in Waterville where she was crowned the winner after completing 4 43km loops along the Kerry Way making her the last runner remaining.
We spoke about how Lianne deals with the mental and physical challenges of long distance running, why she loves racing in the hills of Ireland and how she deals with setbacks and lots more.
