Find out how chelated minerals can make all the difference for you!

Albion-MineralsDid you know chelated minerals are more bioavailable and better absorbed than non-chelated minerals? Do you know what makes a mineral chelated and why you should be looking for chelated minerals over others? This week, Steve finds out in his interview with Max Motyka, Director of Human Products at Albion Minerals, the leader in chelated minerals.

Absorption of non-chelated, ionic minerals can be compromised by any number of factors, including: 1) Low solubility of the starting salt, which inhibits release of the mineral ion, and 2) Binding of the released ion to naturally occurring dietary factors such as other minerals, phytates, and fats, which form indigestible mineral complexes. A better, more efficient mechanism has been discovered for minerals, chelated minerals, which are minerals chemically bonded to amino acids. According to Mr. Motyka, the chelated system from Albion Mineral delivers more of the mineral to the body, has increased bioavailabity and is retained at a higher level than other minerals. The body is able to utilize (truly) chelated minerals in a way that cannot be matched! Tune in now to find out how!
