In this episode, we’re super excited to chit chat to Amarjot Bhogal. Amarjot works as a coach to help people feel ease in their currently stressful lives, and has a passion for empowering women and reminding them to Shine their Light. Amarjot is on a quest to understand self-love as deeply as possible and to share her learnings with as many people as possible, through her self-love research project.
Amarjot believes change happens over time, and enjoys supporting people through that change and challenge, to create more happiness and resilience in their own way.
When it’s not easy to slow down, especially when you love what you do, Amarjot reminds herself to listen to her body, because it tells her what she needs to know. Slowing down is always useful, and being with mother nature and trees is regenerating for her. Amarjot loves dancing in the kitchen whilst cooking, diving into other worlds through reading and watching fantasy adventure and crime thrillers, and is currently loving playing with calligraphy.
