We make room for a remarkably narrow range of personality styles. We are told that to be great, is to be bold. To be happy, is to be sociable. We see ourselves as a nation of extroverts – which means we’ve lost sight of who we really are. In this show, we are talking about the spectrum of introversion through ambiversion, all the way to extroversion, how to know where you are in that spectrum and the amazing benefits of all of it – particularly in this world that is a “CULTure of personality”.
