In this two-part podcast, we dive into the world of endometriosis and discuss nutrition and lifestyle interventions to improve outcomes. We also talk about common signs, symptoms and share some practical takeaways.

Lorna has over a decade of experience as a clinical Nutritional Therapist, in women's health, with particular focus and expertise in Endometriosis, Adenomyosis, menstrual cycle irregularities and Endometriosis comorbidities, such as gastrointestinal dysfunctions and thyroid disease. This has provided her with a deep understanding, enabling her to develop her expertise and highly specific nutrition protocols.

She speaks to members of the public on Endometriosis, as well as patients in hospital and charity support groups and lectures doctors and nurses about nutrition for Endometriosis. She was the nutrition speaker on Endometriosis for this year's British Society for Gynaecological Endoscopy. Lorna also wrote a chapter on nutrition for Endometriosis, thyroid health and hormone balance in an evidence-based peer-reviewed case analysis textbook. She is also Head of Nutrition, for the natural food-based supplement company, Wild Nutrition.
