Gewalt. Geburt. Passt nicht so zusammen. Passiert aber öfter als man hören möchte. Ich habe die wunderbare und starke Saskia Riemer dazu interviewed. Ihre Geschichte erzählt sie zum Teil im Podcast. Es wird ein Teil 2 folgen. Sie hat die Instagramseite @gewaltfreie_geburtshilfe und die dazugehörige Initiative gegründet. Von Anfang an wurde sie von ihrer Schwägerin unterstützt. Die erste Kundgebung war am 19.11. in Mainz. Danach haben sich ihr weitere Aktivistinnen angeschlossen. Gewaltfreie Geburtshilfe: Eine unabhängige Privatinitiative. Die AktivistInnen möchten friedlich aufklären, informieren, sensibilisieren und die Opfer sichtbar werden lassen. Dieses Jahr wird eine Website dafür entstehen. Was ist also gewaltfreie Geburtshilfe? Das bedeutet, dass die persönlichen Grenzen respektiert und nicht ohne Einverständnis überschritten werden beim Gebären eines Kindes. Klingt doch selbstverständlich, oder? Ist es leider nicht. Es ist ein brisantes Tabuthema und es erfordert viel Auseinandersetzung von uns allen um das System der Gewalt in der Geburtshilfe zu durchbrechen. Es MUSS darüber gesprochen werden. Am besten übrigens schon bevor man schwanger werden möchte. Fehlende Aufklärung, Medikamentengabe ohne Einverständnis und Information, physische und psychische Gewalt - grundlegende Menschenrechte und Patientenrechte werden missachtet und sind plötzlich nicht mehr relevant, wenn ein Kind geboren wird. Die Folgen sind Traumata, Bindungsstörungen, Beziehungskonflikte, postpartale Depressionen. Eigentlich sollte das kein Thema sein, über das man sich informieren muss aber here we go. Deshalb diese Podcastfolge. In der Hoffnung, dass mehr Menschen auf das Thema aufmerksam werden und sich verstanden fühlen, mit dem, was ihnen widerfahren ist. Es tut mir leid. Ich habe den Ton verkackt. Meine Kopfhörer haben einen Wasserschaden. Dafür hört man Angela prima und darum geht es! Denn sie war mein Gast im Podcast zum Thema Narzissmus - Teil 2. Ich habe lange gebraucht, um den zweiten Teil aufzunehmen aber alles kommt eben in der richtigen Zeit. Ich nehme Leoben auf, wenn ich es fühle als nur zu produzieren, dass produziert worden ist. Angela und ich haben uns kennengelernt, weil wir 2020 beide zum Thema Narzissmus recherchiert haben. Wir wurden dann miteinander verbunden. Unser erstes Gespräch zeigte, dass wir uns unbedingt weiter über das Thema austauschen müssen und unbedingt mehr dazu veröffentlichen müssen. Damals gab es fast keine Informationen zum Thema und gerade mal 3 verschiedene Podcasts, die sich überhaupt mit dem Thema auseinandergesetzt hatten. Einer davon meiner. Angela arbeitete zu der Zeit mit Zortify im Rahmen ihrer genialen Masterarbeit, wo es über Narzissmus in Führungsetagen in Deutschland geht. Die Studie ist extrem zu empfehlen. I met Nazrin many years ago in Munich and we studied a while together. Ever since I got to know her she was drawing. First offline and later digital. Earlier this year we already had a talk and I felt her story needs to be heard as p.eg. how she found her husband and wasn't allowed to marry him even though they loved each other or how she founded her first ballet school with 150 students and no facility.
