In this episode, we take a look at the meta-cognitive self and the playground it moves within. Our ego, I, makes decisions twice in our lives. Both internally and externally; but, what we tend to forget is how those decisions and decisions not, influence both of these spaces of internal and external identification. This is your judgement (super ego) applied to the ID of the mind. With time and experience, we produce awareness of these worlds and develop conscious decisions with or without accounting for one's older selves. Our goal is to mediate and balance the ego's decisions and not decisions, in order to develop from the experiences we gain.
