Have you ever run a big race and after you cross the finish line you feel those post-marathon blues start to sink in?
Today we're diving into the burnout and blues, specifically after completing a big race like the New York City Marathon. It's important to know these feelings are normal and actually super common in the running community - we both have experienced this!
We're sharing tips on how to combat it and understanding the importance of taking time off and finding new focuses or goals during the off-season to recover from burnout.
