In this guided meditation we will start by bringing calm and peace to our minds and bodies by focusing on various body parts and tensing and relaxing them in sequence. After we have achieved a state of calm we will focus our attention on forgiveness and love not only for others but also for ourselves. I hope you enjoy this guided meditation.
