When you have little kids at home it is HARD to fit in movement.
We are seeing more and more gym kids. Littles that are invited, or even encouraged to work out with mom and dad.
Christina and nick have had babies with them in the gym for almost 5 years and have worked to create fitness mindsets for their kiddos.
In todays episode, Christina and Nick’s daughter Mya answers some questions on the podcast and Christina speaks about what THEY do to encourage movement and a love of fitness in their family.
