71 - How To Stop Feeling Like You're "On A Diet" and Eliminate FOMO

Most people who start a diet, very quickly start to feel a sense of pressure, stress, and OBLIGATION with the diet.
They have a whole list of “should’s”:
“I SHOULD do this, and I SHOULDN’T do that” “I HAVE to do this… and I CAN’T do that”
Which tells us that they don’t WANT to change their diet or their lifestyle… they just feel like they SHOULD, because if they don’t they’re stuck feeling something negative – usually inadequacy or insecurity.
As we often tell people, the only way fat loss lasts long term is when you sincerely fall in love with the process of healthy living.
