On this week's episode of The Diet Obsessed Podcast, I start with my regular segments and review a chef-inspired movie called Burnt with Bradley Cooper. I talk about why I had to re-book my botox appointment, how my mental health was pretty stellar all week and I also recap my bougie spa birthday weekend which was packed with intense workouts, extremely well-balanced cocktails and incredibly delicious food.

In the last half of the podcast, I review the Big Wigs podcast, because comedian hosts Andrea Lopez and Anna Roisman dedided to add a food topic, which included a famous italian restaurant in New York City. Anna gave a full review of the delectable food she enjoyed, I give my reasoning for why I wouldn't order a few of the items she did, but very but appreciated the details she provided!

I end the show reviewing a portion of a Netflix documentary I saw that focused on partially on diet and it was a documentary called Live to 100, Secrets of the Blue Zones. I don't review the full documentary, but focused on the very first Blue Zone location they discussed (can you guess where it is?) it is a fascinating documentary and highlights the healthy habits of some cultures which allow them to live a longer, healthier life that most cultures.
