On this week's episode of "The Diet Obsessed Podcast" I discuss all the hate I'm getting in my reviews and the lovely comments people are leaving for me. I also discuss the delicious bakery I visited in Maine and how our start-up in Massachusetts is coming along.
I then talk about an incredible new restaurant I tried and the amazing cocktails and food I experienced, while taking myself out on a date on Saturday night.
Finally, I review a podcast I've never reviewed before, called "Food Therapy" hosted by two registered dieticians: Brittany Modell @nofoodfears on IG and Lauren Sharpe @loandlemons on IG. The episode that caught my eye, was all about "healing your relationship with food" and the concept of "habituation."
I appreciate that these ladies share examples from their own lives and I break down all the details in this next EP.
