On this week's episode of "The Diet Obsessed Podcast" I discuss my new, VIP level of access called "Craving More VIP" and how I finally figured out how to use my new podcast host, after having a mental breakdown last week.

I then get into my weekly segments, including a Diet Culture Media Moment where I talk about a recent article written about Whitney Port discussing the fact that she is WAY too thin. She admits this herself and talks about how she "eats to live" (a concept I simply cannot relate to, but am fascinated by.)

After the rest of my segments, I review a podcast from Mari Llewellyn called Pursuit of Wellness and she had on guest Dr. Paul Saladino, formerly known as the Carnivore Doctor, because he strongly believes in the health benefits of eating meat. Dr. Paul has some controversial opinions and contradicts quite a few things from another Doctor I recently reviewed, Dr. Li, so I break it all down and as always share my very strong opinioins in this entertaining episode.
