  1. Examine expectations
    1. Tolerating, accepting, liking, loving your body
    2. Separate actions from feelings. Be nice to your body even if you don’t like it
    1. Focus on the functions of your body
  2. Zoom out
    1. Becoming willing to one day feel differently
  3. Back up a step
    1. What are you comparing your body to?
    2. Where did those standards come from?
  4. Challenge the context
  5. Change up your media & social media
