Ahhhhhh...summertime and the living is easy!

But how quickly we're reminded that winter holidays aren't the only time of year when you can get caught up in the fun of the season and somehow find yourself eating a little more of this and that, or not finding enough time to exercise.

And then...weight gain.
And then...not feeling too good about yourself.

NOT THIS SUMMER MY FRIEND, NOT THIS SUMMER!

How can you do summertime and summer vacations better?

What I hear from clients and WLS friends who've had weight loss surgery summer struggles:

  1. They don't have a plan.
  2. They have a plan but it's not well thought out – it’s not realistic based on their schedule and life.
  3. They have a plan, it's well thought out, but then BUMPS IN THE ROAD show up and they lose control of their plan.
