Dr. Christine Schaffner is a board certified Naturopathic physician who graduated from Bastyr University in Seattle, Washington. She is passionate about practicing medicine and creating healing spaces. As the founder of Immanence Health, a holistic health clinic in Seattle, she seeks to improve access, outcomes, and speed of recovery for patients struggling with chronic illness wherever they may be.
Here Dr. Schaffner goes deep in explaining the glymphatic and lymphatic systems and how we can clean those up when they are gummed up. She gives us some simple tools that we can all do to get our bodies flowing properly.
