Through the years, I learned that vanity has no part in healing yourself—instead, it's about finding and nurturing your inherent value. In our latest episode, we wade through the complex layers of trauma that many carry into their adult lives, a burden invisible yet heavy. In this episode we unravel the myths that suffocate our self-worth and challenge the societal misconceptions that shape our self-care rituals. This heart-to-heart isn't merely a discussion; it's the raw unearthing of the inner work necessary to recapture joy and intimacy in our lives.
Thank you for choosing to spend your time with us—your commitment to growth is why we've crafted a special mini workbook, available complimentary in the show notes. Dr. Richardson and I explore its transformative potential, encouraging you to reflect on whether complex trauma lingers in your life and how it might be influencing your path to fulfillment. This episode, paired with the workbook, marks the beginning of your healing journey. Together, we offer support and understanding, fostering a community where acceptance paves the way for a life filled with connection and self-compassion. Join us, and let this be your first step towards a more connected and fulfilling existence.

This podcast is not meant to take the place of therapy, to diagnose or treat anyone. I have had therapy as recently as 2021 and found it very helpful. I am not a doctor. My only degree is in computers. I am simply sharing tools I have used to help myself grow to become an emotionally healthy person and sharing stories about my journey. Please seek medical help, as I did, if you are unable to cope with life and all that it brings.
