Starting Your Healing Journey
Starting a healing journey can feel like trying to find your way through a tricky maze. But what if there was a cozy spot just for you in that maze? I call that spot cocooning—a special time for deep thinking and growth that I've used in my own life. In this episode, I’ll share how cocooning has changed me and others, showing how it builds strength and renews our spirits.
Cocooning isn’t about shutting everyone out. It’s about taking good care of yourself and getting your energy back. I’ll talk about finding the right balance of calming activities like journaling and meditating, which can help spark your creativity again. Through my own stories, you’ll see why it’s important to create a peaceful space in our lives to help us heal, grow, and get ready to face the world with more energy.
As we finish our cocooning phase, the idea of coming back into the world can be both exciting and a little scary. In this episode, I’ll share tips on how to know when it’s the right time to step back into the world. I’ll give advice on setting personal goals and gently telling others what we need. Plus, I’ll introduce a mini workbook designed to help you on your healing journey. This way, when you’re ready to spread your wings, you’ll do so with new strength and clarity.
