It's funny how the seeming power that insecurities have over us can melt away when we are kinder and more gentle with ourselves.
This is such an important discussion because insecurities hold even the most successful and well-loved people back from expressing their lives fully.
Today Kat Jackson and I speak about our own insecurities. Through this openhearted and somewhat vulnerable conversation, we wanted to show that what seems like insecurities to some are really just a relatable part of being human.
Realizing that the things we fear do not have to hold shame, we are released to pursue the things that we really want to and to reclaim the parts of ourselves that have been held back.
I hope you find this episode as touching and uplifting as I did - as always, you have our belief and support.
Kat Jackson is a proud single mom. She is an artist and has worked in fashion carrying hats such as production manager, stylist assistant and buyer. Kat creates art through graphics, video editing and multimedia design. She has formed an incredible community (BTS ARMY!!!) through her BTS art account on Instagram. Kat is also a nurse and has touched the lives of countless patients with her attunement and care. She has taken on many roles ranging from hematology oncology to elementary school nurse. Her mission is to break generational trauma and to embrace emotions and our differences.
