In the first episode of The I’mperfect Podcast, I am joined by my dear friend and sister Maria Jose Flaque.
Join us in this episode as we create our own sacred container to share stories about sisterhood, love, heartache, family and business. How we can hold and honour pain and grief when it is present in our lives, so we can begin to alkalize this into pleasure and healing.

Maria is a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition, a meditation teacher, a best-selling author and digital entrepreneur. She is the founder of a Mujer Holistica, a global Spanish speaking platform that inspires millions of women every day and helps them to live a life with more love and abundance.
In just five years Mujer Holistica has become a leader in the wellness and spirituality area, reaching more than 3 million women every day in more than 20 countries. Maria has published three best-selling books with Penguin Random House, and her work has appeared in the most important television, radio, newspaper and magazines in Mexico, Colombia, Ecuador, Chile and Costa Rica.
