Do you know that feeling when you experience a wave of sadness, anxiety, worry, fear, or low energy? That feeling when you're restless and maybe even feel a knot in your stomach or throat or another sensation in your body?
These are signs of a dysregulated nervous system.
My friend, it's a human thing. We all experience nervous system dysregulation from time to time and when we do, let's remember there are things we can do to regulate ourselves.
This meditation includes some breathwork, grounding techniques, gentle somatic movement, butterfly tapping, and more to regulate your nervous system.
You can be the very thing that helps you come back to a steady, calm, relaxed state.
