My friend, any amount of time meditating will help you shift your internal state.
If you are feeling anxious or overwhelmed, breathing techniques can help you refocus the mind and calm down your nervous system.
Box Breathing is a simple technique where you inhale for a count of four, hold the inhale for a count of four, exhale for a count of four and hold the exhale for a count of four.
My hope is you notice that even just a couple minutes of breathing and turning inward can make a subtle shift.
